VACANCY - PA to Director

A leading Global Bank in Lagos urgently requires the services of aqualified personal assistant to work with one of the directors.

Responsibilities.
Handling all administrative matters . Daily maintenance of diary, scheduling of appointments andcoordinating of business activities . Arranging travel and accommodation for department . Arranging internal and external meetings . Preparation of internal and external correspondence . Maintenance and coordination of office equipment and stationery . Arranging events both internal and external . Other duties as directedRequirements Technical Skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint . Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook . Fluency in English (written & verbal) . Proficient in use of office equipment i.e. photocopiers, faxmachines, scanner etc

Qualifications & Experience.
B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or SecretarialAdministration from a reputable university or polytechnic (Minimum UpperCredit/2.2) . At least 2 years experience in a similar role in a blue chiporganizationPersonal Attributes. High sense of professionalism . Smart, presentable and very well spoken. High level of accuracy . Ability to priorities workloads . Ability to work independently . Ability to communicate effectively . Ability to manage confidential information . Enthusiasm for work .
