D. JOB SUMMARY

Ensure the provision and delivery of prompt, efficient and cost
effective HR & Admin services to the organisation to enable it meet its
business objectives

 Identification and assessment of manpower and skill
requirements for the organisation on a continuous basis

 Implement recruitment plans derived from organisation’s
manpower plans

 Ensure a steady flow of trainable and well-motivated staff to
meet manning and skill needs of the organisation

 Implement the recruitment process in accordance with laid down
policies and procedures

 Administration of organisation’s performance management
appraisal system

 Development of manpower planning/career development
policies/procedures

 Handle staff confirmation issues

 Maintain accurate records of appraisals and related performance
management matters
