Responsibilities of an IT Manager

• Planning, management, monitoring, documentation and reporting of customer projects.
• Proactive planning and management of IT business and design initiatives of the firm.
• Planning and management of staff skill acquisition, certification and resources.
• Proactive Planning and management of services, products, partners and partner relationships.
• Work Management, documentation and reporting on IT projects supported customer sites, jobs etc. Creation of, documentation, monitoring and reporting of compliance to IT policies and procedures.
• Provision of quality control of IT business infrastructure and management of customers experience for all jobs.
• Planning, creating and equipping project staff of the firm with IT infrastructure resources, information, manuals, books, software, journals and training required to excel on assigned projects.

SKILL
• Good knowledge of MS Exchange, Disaster Recovery, ITIL and Networking Infrastructure
• Ability to execute Service Level Agreement
• Customer Relations
• Project Management
• Ability to work as a Team and a Team Player

Experience: Mininum of 10yrs Post NYSC.(VERY IMPORTANT)
