IT User Support Personnel Required

A need for an IT User Support personnel with the following skill set.

1) Good Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Environment (XP, and Server)
2) Good understanding of printers
3) Respond to IT user requests
4) Create and Manage a user database of equipment and software
5) Build departmental user Services Intranet
6) Create and manage the Business continuity plan for all the services and databases
7) Change management and user information.
8) Interface between the user department and IT department.
9) Create weekly reports of the activities on the site in Lagos


Experience is between 3-5 years.
Duration is 6 months
Location is Lagos


Duration is as inidicated above, but there is a possibility of extension.
