Manager.

As the Training & Account Manager you will directly report to and work
together with the Managing Product Consultant of SHL. You will also
closely work together with Product Consultants in the local office and
internationally.


Main Scope: to independently deliver training sessions and manage
training resources accordingly.


Responsibilities:

- Deliver training sessions for SHL product tools
- Generating new business with existing clients in cooperation with the
MD
- Being capable of lead management and following up
- Having strong organizational skills to plan sales processes and
training sessions
- Capable of managing projects
- Negotiate with clients
- Liaise with internal back office and technical consultants to design
the best training / training materials
- Act as an agent to fulfil the client’s needs and appropriately
escalate in case of dissatisfaction

Requirements:

- 2 - 3 years of training work experience
- Being accustomed to working with targets
- Have a university degree or an equivalent (HR or Organizational
Psychology degree would be an advantage)
- Experience with interacting on management and board level
- Fluency in English as well as Norwegian (both written and verbal)
- Have experience in low structured environments
- Occasional travelling (your primarily work at the SHL office in Oslo)
- Be a self-driven and commercial individual
- Be extraverted
- Having a affiliation with IT would be a plus
- Human Resource exposure / experience is a plus

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Design Manager

Who will be responsible for:
· Translating the layout analysis in an integrated Design plan,
taking care for the project from the concept design to the development,
liaising with the International Head of Design and the Italian Development
Director
· Leading an international design team and external partners,
professionals, freelancers, defining roles and responsibilities, planning and
supervising activities, in order to assure the highest level quality
standards for the project design
· Supervising all the technical issues, controlling the technical
documents and reports, and managing all legal and safety issues.
· Providing cost analysis and forecasts, in order to reduce the
costs related to the development.

THE PERSON

Ideally from 35 to 45 years old, with the following requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred), or technical
background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an international company in a Design
Management Role, with complete and overall responsibility on at least
one big project, ideally in the shopping centres or retail business
sector. The experience in the role in a foreign country will be considered
as a plus.
- Proven experience in Real Estate or Construction companies, or in the
Technical Development Department of Large Retailers
- Flexible, hands-on, with proven experience in coordinating teams and
in managing international relationships
